Care & Maintenance

Allow all components to cool after use, wipe away excess food and ash, then wash cooking plates with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry. Stainless steel will discolour under high heat - this is normal and does not affect performance. Clean with Bar Keepers Friend / Gumption if desired.
